Barusclet, is a traditional farmhouse, and is extremely spacious and fully renovated. 

Pool. 12m x 6m heated and private pool within a large fenced (child safe) area with a terrace, shaded canopy and plenty of loungers, looking out over the garden, fields and woods. It is a salt pool, so soft on the skin (not as salty as the sea). Normally open from April to October with some flexibility. Please enquire.

Games room. Large room with table tennis, darts, pool, table football.

Bikes are free for you to borrow. Normally there is one for everyone, including children, depending on the make-up of your group. Child seats etc.

Terrace. Large area with shade if desired for outside dining

Kitchen/Living. Large room (10m x 5m) with kitchen, dining table and sofas. Ideal for friends and family to all be together. We supply all the equipment you need to self-cater to feed and water 17 people. TV, DVD and DVD library. WiFi throughout the house, terrace and pool area.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms. There are 5 bedrooms (a 6th can be made by using the small salon as a bedroom), 4 bathrooms and a cloakroom in the main house. A 6th/7th bedroom, accessed from a separate entrance, with en-suite is available at an extra cost, which means we can accommodate up to 17 people. (15 max in the main house due to fire regulations). The house plans are included near the end of our photos. They are not very clear if you look at them via your mobile, so please either access them via a laptop or ask us to send them to you at full resolution. We can add extra beds in some rooms if needed, and we have cots, high chairs for little ones.

Gardens and Grounds. We are located down a long track off a quiet country road. We have 40 acres of private land in the middle of nature. Beautiful views. 

Location. The locality is rich in history, and there are many pretty medieval villages within easy reach. We are 3km from the village of Gondrin. Here you will find a boulangerie, small supermarket, 2 bars, 2 restaurants, pizza takeaway and tourist information.  The village also has a huge outdoor pool, with lots of fun for all the family, and a tennis court. The larger towns of Condom and Eauze are 15 mins by car and they offer larger supermarkets and plenty of cafes and restaurants.

One shower room is on the ground floor which will help those who would rather not negotiate stairs, or wheelchair users. Please enquire for exact details if this applies to you.
